Infrastructure

In India, the PES network consists of one delivery center in “God’s own country” Kerala, Kochi. Our center in this city has a capacity to grow over 1,000 seats. Spread over more than a hundred thousand square feet, these centers are situated in prime business properties and conform to international norms as well as local safety, health and occupational regulations. Modular workspace arrangements have helped us designate specific areas, ensuring total client confidentiality.

Continuous staff training is an important facet of our work ethic. In keeping with this, our center is equipped with training facilities with infrastructure that can accommodate 50 trainees at a time.
The centers are equipped with multiple level of power back-up and connected via dedicated last mile, fiber links to ensure uninterrupted working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Security

We secure our network through physical network layering, tamper proof firewall installed on Insynq’s servers and software authentication processes that may include 128-bit key or DES encryption.

We deploy network monitoring technology that allows us to constantly monitor how and when our data center is being accessed, and by whom.
